Our bespoke training course is aimed at teaching management early warning signs of stress, mental health problems and substance abuse and how to manage them proactively. It is our belief that the majority still approach these issues reactively. Unfortunately, in a lot of cases, this is often too late and nearly always results in cost to the business, either in time off or even losing valuable and talented employees for good.
